Processors and transfers abroad
Team files and the primary database and its replica are stored on servers in the AWS Seoul region (ap-northeast-2). Encrypted off-site backups of teams on a paid plan or on the 14-day trial are kept in Cloudflare R2, whose location is not guaranteed (Asia-Pacific location hint). Content needed to produce AI answers is sent to the AI company the customer connects (United States).

Content needed for AI answers is sent, on the customer’s instruction, to the AI company the customer contracts with (Anthropic, PBC / OpenAI OpCo, LLC, United States). Whether we act as a processor or a mere conduit is under legal review.
Operations tools that receive no personal data
Grafana Labs (monitoring), Better Stack (status page), Pushover and Telegram (operator alerts) are designed to receive no personal data (internal ids only).
